Cherie is currently Vice President of Title Operations with Sage Title & Escrow Services located in West Palm Beach and co-owner of Sage Investment Partners, a commercial real estate holding company. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration, Magna Cum Laude in Accounting and Finance in 2005 from American Intercontinental University in Atlanta, Georgia and Graduate Certificate in Conflict Resolution and Mediation in 2021 from Colorado State University. Cherie holds the following licenses in the State of Florida: Title Agent, Certified Signing and RON Agent, Licensed Notary Public, Real Estate Associate, and Board Certified Massage Practitioner.  

Since 1994, Cherie has concentrated her focus in the Real Estate Industry to include mortgage wholesaling, retail and secondary markets; residential and commercial real estate, providing title insurance policies through designated underwriters and expert closing services as a notary public. 

Cherie began her career in the real estate and finance industry with one of the countries largest corporate law firms in Washington D.C. as a paralegal assisting partner attorneys in the Economic, Civil Litigation, and Merger Acquisition departments. Cherie has since moved to South Florida cultivating her knowledge and experience to assist those seeking professional guidance and service in the real estate industry.

Additionally, Cherie is a Member and 2023 Membership Director for the Women's Council of Realtors Greater Palm Beach County, a Member of the Realtors Association of the Palm Beaches (RAPB), National American Business Women's Association (ABWA), Toastmaster's of Boca Raton, NFL Organization and a lifetime member of the NFL Washington Cheerleader Alumni Association. She is an animal welfare advocate, and currently studying to complete the Florida Certified Paralegal (CP) program, Florida Supreme Court Mediator Certification and Florida Real Estate Broker license. Her future endeavor is to complete her law degree with concentration in real estate, estate planning and probate.
